This tutorial aims to show you how to easily create an application with navigation system using the Accordion Tree Menu component and how to easily customize it in the Flash authoring environment. For this purpose, the tutorial is divided into the following sections:

• Customization: describes parameters of the component to be set while authoring in Flash environment and explains the XML file structure. To customize the component at runtime, use the methods, properties and events of the AccordionTreeMenu class.
• Creating an application: contains two examples that explain how to build applications using the Accordion Tree Menu component.
